🥩 Main: Cold-smoked filet of beef with peppercorn crust, crispy fingerlings, asparagus & au poivre sauce
🍌 Finale: “Banana Pudding” with brûléed banana, white chocolate mousse, Nilla wafer & crispy banana peel
